We explored the song “What’s So Funny ‘Bout Peace, Love, and Understanding” written by Nick Lowe. Over the course of three weeks, I listened closely to multiple versions of the song to fully understand its rhythm, tone, and message.
The project required creating a three-poster series: one poster representing the song title, one reflecting the lyrics, and one highlighting a meaningful quote. This exercise allowed me to experiment with typographic hierarchy, visual rhythm, and expressive layout to convey emotion through text.
